Rowan has over nine years search experience with a track record of appointing up to Board level.

Prior to joining Hutton, Rowan was Head of the Compliance Practice for a global search firm where he was responsible for building an established compliance team which gained a strong reputation for successfully delivering at MD and Director levels within Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Banking and Hedge Funds .

Rowan is responsible for all types of Compliance, Financial Crime and Regulatory Risk searches within Investment Banking, Asset and Wealth Management, Alternatives, Retail /Commercial Banking and Consultancies globally.
