Tom Mardon is Managing Director of Hutton Consulting and Head of the Global Markets Practice.

Having graduated in Law from Durham University, Tom initially worked in the financial services divisions of Ernst and Young and Accenture. He moved into the Executive Search industry in 1998, and spent the next five years building the Risk, Derivatives and Quant division of a leading global recruitment business.  

He left in 2004 to join Hutton as Head of Capital Markets, becoming Managing Director in 2007 and leading the MBO from the former parent company in 2009.

 

After graduating from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, with a degree in Social Anthropology with Thai Language and Literature, Arthur spent several years exploring Asia before joining an international recruitment firm specialising in finance and banking appointments.

Arthur has specialised in asset management recruitment for the last ten years and joined Hutton at its inception in 2003. Arthur is Head of the Asset Management Practice at Hutton Consulting and is a Trustee of the Karen Hill Tribes Trust.

 

Simon has been involved in senior level Risk Management Recruitment since 1999. Prior to joining Hutton, he set up and then led the Risk division for Morgan McKinley where he gained a strong reputation in the London market.

Simon’s original career was in Financial Services, working in the Derivatives Middle Office at CIBC World Markets. Simon holds a BA in History and Italian from the University of Manchester.

Todd is a Partner at Hutton specialising in Asset and Private Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Middle Office assignments across Asia-Pacific. 

Prior to Hutton he co-headed the Wealth Management Practice in Asia for Principal & Partners, covering senior leadership roles. Before entering search he was a Director for a business consultancy specialising in Human Resources and Recruitment Strategies.

Todd has been based in Asia for over 20 years. He holds a degree in Sports Psychology from the University of Sydney.

 

Angel is a Partner at Hutton specialising in Investment Management.  She has extensive experience in Asset and Wealth Management and alternative investments including real estate investing and hedge funds across Asia-Pacific.

Prior to Hutton, she co-headed the asset and wealth management practice at Principal & Partners. Angel previously worked at Whitehead Mann covering Asset and Wealth management, before that at Heidrick & Struggles. Before joining the search industry she worked in Goldman Sachs' Private Banking Division and BZW's Equities business in Asia.

Angel has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University in San Francisco.  She speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

 

Adam has over 16 years experience within the Financial Services Industry. He started his career as an analyst within Corporate Finance at Goldman Sachs before joining the Kuwait Investment Office where he spent five years.

Adam has strong technical skills and an extensive network of contacts. Adam joined Hutton from Egon Zehnder International where he spent four years in the Financial Services Practice Group focusing on Asset Management and Private Banking.
