Simon has been involved in senior level Risk Management Recruitment since 1999. Prior to joining Hutton, he set up and then led the Risk division for Morgan McKinley where he gained a strong reputation in the London market.

Simon's original career was in Financial Services, working in the Derivatives Middle Office at CIBC World Markets. Simon holds a BA in History and Italian from the University of Manchester.

Tim Connellan has over 16 years experience with Financial Services search. He was a Director with Healy Hunt for 4 years establishing and growing their Accountancy practice and most recently he has run his own boutique search firm.

Over the years he has placed numerous Direct Entry Partners and Directors into global consultancy practices and most recently took a leading Financial engineering modelling team of 8 to the London based office of a US client. Tim has experience of delivering within Risk, Audit, Business Advisory, Transaction Services and Restructuring. In addition to the senior retained searches, Tim has also delivered over 25 Global Solutions assignments.

Richard joined Hutton Consulting in 2010 to develop the Risk Practice’s Buy-Side Risk Management capabilities globally.

He previously worked at Sheffield Haworth within the Business & Professional Services team focusing on executive-level hires for the Risk Management sectors in EMEA and North America. Richard started his career with Huxley Associates within the Global Markets division where he was Head of Risk Management for the London financial markets.

Prior to joining Huxley, he was a international-standard swimmer, winning multiple national and regional titles in the UK and America. Richard has a Bachelors in Geography from the University of Loughborough and a Masters in Social Policy from the University of Virginia

 

Philip joined Hutton Consulting in 2010, where he is a Researcher for the Risk Management Practice.

Previously Philip worked at Trinity Mirror Group for 10 years as a Production Engineer before moving into Recruitment.

Philip has BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham Trent.

 

Since October 2010 Julian has been responsible for developing the Risk Practice’s Asia Pacific capabilities.

He joined Hutton in 2008 to conduct research and execution on mandates across Risk Management and has successfully executed a variety of executive level hires. He previously worked for WoodStreet Consulting where he established their Risk Management team concentrating on middle management Risk mandates for a variety of Financial Services Clients.  

He started his career at Robert Walters where he spent a number of years in their Commerce and Industry Division. He worked on senior retained projects hiring finance professionals for a number of FTSE 100 clients. Julian has a Bachelors in Geography from Bristol.

 

Raymond joined Hutton in November 2010 to provide research and support for the Risk Practice in Asia.

Raymond speaks fluent Cantonese and graduated with a Bachelors of Economics from the University of Manchester.
