Tom has a nine-year track record placing risk, trading and quantitative professionals into a variety of financial services institutions. Prior to joining Hutton, Tom led the Derivatives and Risk division for a global FTSE 250 recruitment company where he gained a strong reputation in the London market. Tom’s original career was in financial services, working as a consultant at Ernst & Young and Accenture. Since joining Hutton, as well as leading the banking practice, Tom has worked exclusively within senior quantitative and risk recruitment.
