After graduating from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, with a degree in Social Anthropology with Thai Language and Literature, Arthur spent several years exploring Asia before joining an international recruitment firm specialising in finance and banking appointments. Arthur has specialised in asset management recruitment for the last eight years and joined Hutton at its inception in 2003. Arthur is Head of the Asset Management Practice at Hutton Consulting and focuses on UK and pan-European searches for UK based hires, although he has successfully completed mandates incorporating coverage of Asian and US markets. He is Acting Chair and a Trustee of the Karen Hill Tribes Trust.
